1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between os333.cam ("os333", "we", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on or uses the services made available at os333.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

os333 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino and slot game services to adult players. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between os333 and the User. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Definitions

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking any "Register", "Sign In", "Deposit" or "Play" function, or by placing a Wager, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on os333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold an active self-exclusion on os333 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of os333 or any technology, data, or payment partner of os333.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate and up to date.

5 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• A secure password of your own choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Your date of birth, full legal name and contact details as requested in the registration form.

You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. You must notify os333 promptly if any information changes, particularly contact email and payment details. os333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain up-to-date Account information.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

os333 is required to verify the identity and age of Players as part of its KYC and AML compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, at any point where the Platform has reason to review an Account, or where transaction volumes trigger review thresholds.

6.1 Documents Required

Typical KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. All four document corners must be visible; the image must be clear and unedited.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation is drawn from the identity document. Your date of birth must clearly match the date of birth registered on your Account.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a utility bill, official bank statement or government letter dated within the preceding three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Verification: A photograph or short video confirming you are the individual depicted in the submitted identity document.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

6.2 Document Submission

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification interface. Never send identity documents via unencrypted email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or any unofficial channel. os333 staff will never request your Account password. You must not submit altered, edited or falsified documents — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and potential referral to law enforcement.

6.3 Withdrawal Holds

Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC. os333 will endeavour to process KYC reviews promptly; however, delays caused by incomplete, unclear or disputed documentation are the responsibility of the Player.

7 Deposits & Payments

All Accounts on os333 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made using the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

7.1 Payment Method References

Pakistani players may be familiar with payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are referenced as familiar payment references only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with os333 or online gambling activities on this Platform. Whether any of these methods is currently available in the cashier depends on the provider's own terms, applicable regulations and technical availability. 7.2 Deposit Conditions

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, except where the Platform's cashier expressly permits an alternative withdrawal method. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for AML compliance before processing. os333 reserves the right to request additional documentation in such cases.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

os333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers to registered Players. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• os333 reserves the right to remove any Bonus Funds from an Account if it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion was claimed fraudulently, by a Player who does not meet the eligibility criteria, or in breach of the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at any time. Check the active promotion's terms for restrictions on combining offers.

9.2 Loyalty Programme

os333 operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers). Point accumulation rates, tier upgrade thresholds and redeemable rewards are published in the Programme's dedicated terms and conditions and are subject to change. Loyalty points have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with the Programme's published redemption rules.

10 Betting Rules

All sports wagers placed on os333 are subject to the following general conditions. Specific sport and market rules are published within the relevant sportsbook section and supplement these general terms.

• A Wager is confirmed when it is accepted by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Wagers are binding once confirmed.
• os333 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event where there is evidence of odds error, data feed failure, match-fixing or suspicious betting activity.
• Odds are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. os333 operates under "Best Odds Guaranteed" only where explicitly stated for a specific promotion.
• In-play ("live") Wagers are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events. Wagers not yet confirmed at the time of a suspension will be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the Platform's cricket settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section. os333 has no affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or governing body.
• Maximum payout limits per event, market or Player may apply. These are displayed in the relevant market or available on request from support.
• Accumulator ("multi-bet") Wagers are subject to specific settlement rules, particularly in the event of postponed, cancelled or abandoned events.

11 Casino & Game Rules

All casino, live dealer and slot games available on os333 use certified random number generation (RNG) software or are operated by live dealer studios. The following general conditions apply to all casino game play:

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. RTP is a theoretical long-run average — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection on reconnection, where technically possible. If the game cannot be resumed, the round is settled according to the game engine's last recorded state.
• os333 shall not be liable for losses caused by User-side technical failures, including internet disconnections, device failures or browser errors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and are displayed in the game interface.
• The use of external software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with any game or the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on os333 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Using software, tools, scripts or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to defraud the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for systematic gain. Any winnings generated from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, while having misrepresented your location to the Platform.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

os333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Pending KYC review or AML investigation.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute or fraudulent transaction claim.
• Account inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account fees or closure procedures will be communicated in advance per the Platform's published dormancy policy.
• Player-requested self-exclusion.
• Death of the Account holder, where confirmed to os333 by a legal representative.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, os333 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Balance pending review. Legitimate Account closures at the Player's request will result in the return of any real-money Balance (net of any applicable pending bonuses) to the Player's verified payment method.

14 Responsible Gambling

os333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All registered Players have access to the following tools from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into the Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrictions on continuous play duration, with reminder prompts at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary restrictions on Account access for a chosen short-term period.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal exclusion request that restricts all Account access for a minimum period of six (6) months and up to five (5) years. Self-exclusion is activated immediately on request and cannot be reversed during the active period.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the os333 name, logo, graphics, user interface design, software, text, imagery and compiled game interfaces — is the intellectual property of os333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from os333.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, os333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data or any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Technical failures, downtime, server errors or internet connectivity issues affecting the Platform or your ability to access it.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, secure your login credentials or comply with these Terms.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform as legal, financial or tax advice — no such advice is given.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

os333's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, to be determined by the Operator's applicable licence conditions.

os333 does not operate under a Pakistani gambling licence. These Terms do not submit os333 to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of gambling regulatory matters. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice and nothing herein should be construed as a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction.

18 Amendments to These Terms

os333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could significantly affect Players' rights, obligations or financial exposure — os333 will provide reasonable advance notice via the contact information associated with registered Accounts and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
